When i was reading the news paper i saw a news that, A ten year old boy undergone a cruel sexual harassment from a girl that too just 16 years of age. It is happened in a village near Kanpur. Where is the world going on? what a development right. every one talks about sexual education in school level, is that have any impact here?

Sorry to hear that my friend. I can't understand how people can do such a thing. Maybe it could be the influenced of her surroundings or something.
