…my company. You heard it right. I had been working in an online tutorial company for more than 2 years. Everything is smooth and goes with the flow in random changes in this particular company. I have also been chosen to be a specialist in one of their program. Recently, they kept on asking the specialists to undergo online training without pay. For me, this is fine and I tried to squeeze my time schedule since some of the slots were booked by the students. So I can’t find the time to match the training schedule from the company since the advisory were so late.
As the course of action, I asked them to have the training by next week. Then, I received a message this morning. It is a bomb of threat from the company. They said I will be kicked out from the program if I cannot be able to book the training. At first, I thought that they will understand the situation and will be considerate enough. With their way of treatment, I felt so threaten.
After a few hours, they had fixed the schedule of the training. What a terrible day to deal with my fellowmen? It is like they forgot that I and the others are professionals working in the company. We should not be treated like this.

what a terrible way to treat people! As I read, you will not be paid for your training and you need to give up some time to make it to the training at your expense and they will have to do just that?!? I am also now working same as yours, I just started a few months back but so far so good with me except that I am struggling to get more students.
