Anniversary

When you're with someone after a certain amount of time being with one another you'd celebrate the anniversary. But when doing so, how frequent do you celebrate? After a month, a year?

We celebrate monthsaries too. But now we rarely do it. We celebrate anniv instead but not the usual celebration for the first 3 years.
