Mommy tells me to drink at least 5 litres of water everyday, I don't know why I cannot do that. The max I drink is 4 bottles of water.. that is maximum. Winters means it gets more lower- hardly two bottles. Its not like that I do not want to drink but I forget to drink water. It is not in my habit like coffee.... I will read blogs on benefit of water ....then....dehydration...but end up doing nothing!

Eight glasses of water a day. That's what the doctors always say. Plenty of water is needed by our body. It makes us healthy. So we really have to drink more water, to maintain a healthy and strong body.

It is basic way to nourish our body with water. It is more than 90% of water needed to our body.
