Allergies, UGH

Never fails now that the weather is nice my allergies decide to act up. I have a hard time taking medicine I either get sick or having severe side effects from them. I refuse to let my allergies beat me. But oh my eyes are watery and itchy and Im sneezing my head off. I took a shower earlier and that helped a little, I've been to the bathroom twice to splash cold water on my eyes. Been searching online for somekind of natural or hebral remedy for this.

Honey 1tbsp, ginger juice 1tbsp and some black pepper mix well and take after every two hours.
