Back on Track with Fitness!

Well I have been sticking to my diet and keeping track of my calories through out the day. I found my fitness tracker and then my son proceeded to break it when he tried to open the clip and snapped it in half. I found an app on my phone that is synced with my calorie/meal tracking app and it is so much more accurate when tracking the calories I have burned. It also has very specific activities that I can choose for it to keep track of and tell me how many calories I burned and in how much time.
For example, instead of just putting that I am cleaning I can choose to put if I am cleaning lightly, doing miscellaneous chores, or vacuuming. It will name different types of dancing that I could be doing and it even has several exercise videos that it can accurately tell how many calories I am burning while following them. I don't have to log it in my calorie app because it does it for me.
Today I went for a walk with my son and I walked a little over a mile. After the walk I went ahead and decided to clean our apartment because it needed it badly and in all that time I was able to track all the types of cleaning I did. Altogether the calories I burned while cleaning came up to over 1000 calories! I am so proud of myself and I can't wait to see what progress I have made. Between eating better thanks to the Plexus pink drink my mother in law gives me and me being much more active I hope to see some good progress come Sunday.
Have you been keeping fit? How do you keep track of what you do to be fit?

I do lots of walking when going to and after work. I keep myself busy with chores. I don't drink soda, just water. And, I eat lots of veggies and pineapple.
