Lonely

I'm tired of being lonely. Tired of not having that person there that I can talk to, laugh with, spend time with. That man there to comfort me when I need it, as well as comfort him when he needs it. Tired of not wanting to go anywhere or do anything because I'm the single one in the bunch. Tired of going to bed at night knowing there isn't anyone there for me. It seems no one wants a relationship these days. I'm a little old fashioned in that I believe in relationships, love, affection, etc. Tired of wasting my time trying to date just for it not to manifest into anything. I feel like I'm just wasting my time.

That's exactly how I'm starting to feel. What is wrong with me that no one wants to have a relationship with me?

@Simly_Me ya and my mom always ask me like, "who is your boyfriend, why dont you have one?" I dont know the answer

@satriani92 To be honest I just lie and say I'm happy being alone because I don't want to get into a long drawn out discussion with my family about it. They just don't understand.

I'm lonely too I have no best friend really no friends. I tried online dating the guy was playing mind games with me. I think what really helps is have something or a hobby that makes you happy or have a pet to keep you company. I hope your situation changes to something better.

I've tried the online dating too and it turned out to be the same as you. I have a dog, she's the family dog, but she and I have a bond. I also crochet in my spare time but it I still have that missing piece. I'm sure one day eventually but for now I guess I just need to stay focused on others things. I hope things change for you as well.

I am also single. But I don't feel lonely in any ways. I don't have a partner but I am not looking for it. It will come in the right time and place.
