Du cut off has seriously touched the sky . Who scores 99.25%??except some but still it's to high. there will be a time when it will be 100%

LOL right! It will be 100% some day and guess what the fact of the matter is- there are still going to be hoards of students 'competing' to get into the institution. how? I've no clue! I do not understand how so many students score such sky-rocketing marks?!
