I remember time when i don't like foods

Don't get me wrong. I like foods even before but before I can control my desire to eat. I can content myself with just small meal of vegetables before and feeling full easily. before once I get satisfied i can feel satisfied throughout the day even if I don't on the afternoon and night. just a meal a day was like enough to make me feel full throughout the day. And sometimes till the next day. But now that's not possible. Once food comes to my thought I would or feel the need to eat. That's why I have gained weight. Maybe I'm just emotional Eater.
