Have You Ever Had a Yard Sale?

This year is just flying by for me and I really haven’t been that busy. Usually, when a person is busy, time seems to go faster.
My daughter just told me this morning at breakfast, (We went out for breakfast with a friend.) that her daughter, my granddaughter, is going to have a YARD SALE sometime in August.
She had one a couple years ago and I participated. She has the perfect yard for a YARD SALE, so we all did very well.
My daughter suggested that I start gathering up things for the YARD SALE now and that’s exactly what I’m going to do. It’s just one more way to get rid of things around here that I don’t need.
I already have several things ready to put prices on.

I had one when I was like 12 years old and sold alot of my comics and gamer magazines and had enough money to take a trip to florida with my sister

Yes, it is a lot of work, but I think I will be able to get rid of some things. What I don't sell myself, I will give to a friend of mine who regularly goes to a Flea Market to sell items. I give him things all the time, instead of taking them to the Goodwill. What he doesn't think will sell, he takes to the Goodwill, but at least he gets to go through the items and decide.

@infatuatedbby Yes, I hope so. My granddaughter has the perfect location for a yard sale, so there should be lots of people stopping by. I just hope it doesn't rain.

Ebay has it's advantages, but I've never used it to sell anything. My granddaughter and my youngest son have sold a lot of things on Ebay. I just think it's too complicated.

It's a good way to get rid of some things. We haven't done a Yard Sale in a couple years, so I think it's time.

@IreneVincent Marie Claire magazine. And personal belonging too like old clothes and shoes that I do not wear and use. It was fun actually.
