what we are?

I do not think that we are body.
If we are body then how we cannot control internal organs like heart,lungs etc.
If we are body then why we cannot stop our ageing body and continue to have same type of body which we had in teenage years.
We do not know that how long the body will work?
After death, we do not know that what will be done with the body?
I believe that we are souls.
Soul get new body just like we change our clothes and wear new clothes.
We are lucky to get human body and not animal body.

We are both body and soul. It's part of nature the aging process. I think what controls the body functions is the subconscious mind.
