Once again started....

It is raining from the morning here, one time it stops and within a few minutes it's starting. Rain stopped me to go outside but I have to go outside because I have to buy some vegetables that we will cook in the dinner. Tomorrow is Sunday and I have to arrange at least Sunday's breakfast, so I have to go out. What are the situation in your place, is it raining there? Photo is mine.
