Garden Paradise

Rolling into the weekend we has some spectacular sunny and hot weather. As you can see from the picture we have put up our little pool and the weekend was so much fun. On Saturday night we even had a late night swim. Then come Sunday and today, Monday the weather changed drastically as it tends to do in northern Europe and we got quite cold and rainy weather. I don’t know how long it will continue but I keep eyeing the pool longingly and hoping. I have a song which is all about a different paradise but I enjoy it so I have included it here.
As for our cat Sid he comes up to the pool while we are in there and eyes us curiously. As soon as hubby splashes out a bit of water he takes off like a lightning bolt.

There are many cats that don't like the water. Our cats would take off too if they looked like getting wet.

Our dear cat Sid gets an indoor bath once a month otherwise his long furry coat begins to get matted @JudyEv

@JudyEv Sid will have his bath protesting a bit and then just licking himself and running about in the bedroom until he dries up a little and then he lays down and sleeps. We let him out when he's all dry.
