Philippines - I'll always crave your customer care

Its been about a year and some months since I was last in the Philippines but one thing I cannot forget is their customer care. There is this one time I observed carefully in one of the shops, a client came in picked about seven items to sample them in fitting, asked for a watch , for this and the other and to my surprise he just left without buying. The shop attendant just smiled and said, "Thank you sir, please come again." Normally even if it were my job to do, as a human being it becomes overwhelming. But truth be told there is a time I just miss the customer pampering from that side. I know you too have had a share of customer pampering; where would you recommend one to go and get more customer care?

If a person from another country visits this country of mine, the Filipino people are very accommodating.

You are right about that. Its part of their culture to smile even amidst adversary. They have mastered the art of leaving their worries at their point and catching up later on them but not bringing them to the workplace.

I guess most of my fellow men are trained to always smile to all the customers. It can gain good impression.
