On The Inside Looking Out / myLot

I am sitting in my kitchen looking out at a beautiful sunny day. The birds are playing in the bird bath and dining at the bird feeder. The flowers are holding their beautiful blooms up proudly and the colors are amazing. Will I go outside to enjoy all of this beauty? No, absolutely not. Why? It's too darn hot. Although it is a beautiful scene out there it is already 89 degrees. In a couple of hours or so it will be in the high 90's. If I went outside in this heat I think I might melt. So I will sit hear writing on MyLot and enjoying the outdoors inside in the air conditioning. I love the look of summer but oh boy, the heat can sure get to me. Are you a person who loves the heat or are you like me and long for the cool autumn breezes?

I absolutely hate the heat and I love the Fall/Autumn weather. I wish it would be in the 60's/70's all year long, that would be perfect to me!

Too much heat can make one dehydrated and if not careful it can cause a heatstroke so stay hydrated. There's a lot of beautiful things to see in nature. We should appreciate nature more. Continue to have an enjoyable day.

I'm definitely not fond of heat & humidity and would rather enjoy the summer from inside my air conditioned house. I much prefer the cooler temperatures but I do enjoy summer and not having to worry about snow, ice etc.

No autumn breezes for me. They mean that mean old Mister Winter is on his way. If we have green anything, we must be sure to water and water again.

@sallypup we have a lot of green things out there but only cause it seems to rain once a day and my husband spends time watering them as soon as they look droopy.

Most of the year we face summer and humid weather here, cool autumn breeze rare case. So at heavy heat I keep myself inside a air condition room. But my favorite season is winter and I hate summer.

@dbherald I stay inside in the air conditioning when it's unbearable outside. I guess it's a good thing we have MyLot to keep us busy.
