I really love Octopus cooked in coconut milk.
It is one of my favorite dish.
It's a long time already since I last ate it.
When the octopus is cooked , its color looks like pink.
Octopus could be cooked in different ways too.
Eating octopus has health benefits .
It has large quantities of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids.
It contains very low amounts of saturated fats.
t is is actually filled with healthy protein and iron.
Do you like cooked Octopus too?

I've never tried octopus. I don't think I would like to try though. But good to hear it's healthy protein and has iron, low fat!

@magallon I may give it a chance before I judge, but I cannot justify it yet

I always eat squid cooked in coconut milk for lunch. Haven't tried octopus cooked in coconut milk. Do they have the same taste?

I like squid so much. Is it the same? I like it's tentacles and it's chewy

I love eating octopus especially if you put in takoyaki or fried mix vegetables.

@Bhebelen14 My twin daughters like it so much that every time we go to SM Supermarket we eat takoyaki before going home.

I used to eat that but lately, my allergy to seafoods is getting worse that is why I try to avoid these.
My mother used to cook it like "dinakdakan", boiled then add some calamansi, pepper, onions and chili pepper.
