I really love Octopus cooked in coconut milk. It is one of my favorite dish. It's a long time already since I last ate it. When the octopus is cooked , its color looks like pink. Octopus could be cooked in different ways too. Eating octopus has health benefits . It has large quantities of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. It contains very low amounts of saturated fats. t is is actually filled with healthy protein and iron. Do you like cooked Octopus too?

I only tasted once and never ate again, it's hard to chew. At first IO thought it's like a rubber band, cannot be chewed. Can it be overcooked to soften it?

If it is overcooked it is really hard to chew. There is a proper way of cooking it which I don't know too. I just wanna eat it but don't know how to cook it... lol

I used to eat that but lately, my allergy to seafoods is getting worse that is why I try to avoid these. My mother used to cook it like "dinakdakan", boiled then add some calamansi, pepper, onions and chili pepper.
