Today, I got a letter from Graco about a car seat my daughter used to have. The buckle was really hard to unlock! I hated it. Anyway, we don't even use that car seat anymore, but if I send in the form the mailed me, they will send me $25 as a rebate because of the defect! How awesome is that?!
