So far I don't want my son to wear the glasses yet since it will become worse and worse in my opinion. I hope he wears the glasses when it is really necessary. I hope he can do something that can make his eyesight remain the same. I heard playing ping pong will be good for the eyesight. How much I hope the doctors can find out a perfect solution to deal with the nearsighted eyesight!

I think most of the time lenses do help to some extent.

If your son don't wear glasses, will his eyes be tired to see? As I know, if the eyes are too tired everyday, it will become worse and worse.

I read a Japanese book about it long time ago. It doesn't courage to wear glasses. And you wear it when it is necessary. And you take off the glasses in the rest time. And your eyesight will not go worse so fast. I followed that and it is OK for me.

@hoong143 In fact I don't know whether it is right or wrong. Different people may have different results. Some people who use the computer for a long time everyday but they even don't have the poor eyesight...

I think if you have eye defects, there is no treatment even in playing ping pong.

There are proper lenses for different eye defects. It could be concave or convex lense.
