Hey guys, today i attended a seminar regarding about our(india's) education system. Sir deliver the lecture for about an hour or so and then asked us how our education should be ?? and even asked us why india is still developing. To be honest i'm not into our education or so but one thing did struck in my mind. The lecturar was asking one by one to each one of us about why india is still developing. Everyone was saying that's because of our corrupt government and something related to black money. When he asked me the same question i simply said that's just because of we indians are hard working with no doubt but, we dont work smart !! I added by saying that the time has changed we just not have to be hard working but also we have to be smart enough to do work easily and with less power. He was not expecting this answer from me as he remain silent for a couple of minutes. what do you think guys ??? Is it really because of corruption or now its time to be smart ??

@skysnap yeah both helps but we have to be smart enough. take an example of our labours .. they do a lot of hard work but that is not smart work actually. What i personally think is the hard work should be replaced with smart work if a country wants to grow let it be in any sector !!

Yes. Smart work always win. I think we should revamp our mind setting to do things not in a customized manner and should bring innovation in everything.
