It was a damn busy day and i didn't get the time to rest in fasting mood. I attend my classes and also teach my students on time. I'm tired but at the same time I want to work. What should I do?

Play "akkad bakkad" or "eeny meeny" or "toss a coin" or "pluck flower petals". By the end you will have your decision or you are already drop down in full sleep.

@SHOHANA I'd personally suggest you rest up. I understand that you may be eager to continue working but over doing it can be bad for your health.

what i personally think is - health should be your first priority ! I know work is important but also rest, Divide your time to that schedule where you get rest also.

If possible, take a short break, perhaps sleep for 20-30 minutes, then start working. I think you will perform better while you have good rest, and it's better for your health too.

This happens to me too. Sometimes, I can't rest if I'm distracted by the work that I need to get done. Other times, I have to rest, if even for a while, before continuing to do work.
