Which country will start World War 3?

I am thinking mostly it'd be religion that may lead to the war.

China is a super powerful country. I think it is capable of starting a world war.

There are indeed several threats to the world security today, but I hope they will be annihilated and no country will ever start a third world world, because if such a horrible conflict takes place it will probably bring the end of civilization.

ISIS is the only enemy i see right now in the world we live in.

I don't think any citizens in any country anywhere want a World War 3. So it would have a nut job who gains access and pushes the button that starts the war. Yeah. I'm thinking it would take one lone crazy individual. Because I really don't think you can get a group in one country or in several countries to all agree to start another World War!! Wars cost money. A lot of countries have a crappy economy. Wars requires soldiers. Who wants to volunteer? Do nations now an army of robots and don't have to consider the human costs any more? Finally and this is the main reason, nuclear radiation fallout doesn't just affect the people the missile gets pointed at. We all have to breathe! We can't control the weather. Who can stop a strong wind that blows the radioactive particles in the direction of the country that shot the nuclear missile? Taking these things into consideration, it would take somebody who is insane to start a third World War. Just sayin'.

I think the day countries started declaring wars at its own whims and fancies, the world was no longer was a safe place. I do not know who will start the war but I know it will be a reaction to an action which has already devastated so many lives.
