She stared blankly.

Yesterday was supposed to be the arrival of the accreditors who should evaluate our school if it is fit to become a university in 2 years time. Our college of nursing was the most specific college they wanted to evaluate that is why we worked in school last week.
Yesterday too, when I went to the emergency room to fetch my colleague, Ms. C, I saw our clinical coordinator approaching me and let me sign the evaluation of students, peers, and supervisors of the wards where I am handling my students. She further said that we must dismiss our group at 2 PM then I and Ms.C should proceed to school to sign the clinical focus that we did last week.
When we were there, the dean told us "to put our bags in the cubicle" because we will stay until 6 PM. I said I have to go home because I have an appointment at 4 PM. I left at 3:30 PM, Ms. C stayed behind until 6 PM.
Ms. C and I observed that our CC was staring blankly on the wall. We were reading each others' eyes and we confirmed that our CC was so overwhelmed with the work and responsibilities on her shoulders. I received another text message from her at 10:22 last night. I think she is rushing and also wants us part-timers to join her in her huge work load.
My colleague confirmed again that last night, the CC was staring blankly, and delayed printing Ms. C's clinical focus.
Should you accept responsibilities that you cannot do alone? Or should you share the tasks to others too?

yes, she should ask for help from her co-full timers and not us because we don't know some of their responsibilities in school

@just4him that is why we part timers should be given tasks only according to our job descriptions

@SIMPLYD well, sorry for her because i know my job responsibilities. staying long in school is even an extension of our 8 hours duty because we don't get paid with overtime pay

I won't accept things that I cannot do.. I am not that responsible. Hihihi But if I accepted it, it means, I will do my best to do it.

@brokenbee you should be given a work load that needs your full time attention with care and concern.

humility should be done when she cannot do all.

i guess so, but the fact remains that she accepted the responsibility as our CC so she should be able to do the tasks well

as long as the persons you will ask help from also know the tasks.
