coming home late

upset of the situation glad he understands

I read his message early this morning and I felt guilty

I arrived home late yesterday and I observed my husband, being silent. I noticed this when we ate our dinner, it seems he got mad. I think he was just tired of attending our store. When I wake up early and before going to my daily routine, I open my cellphone and read a message and it was from my husband, he said, I love you and miss you. So, I remember the comment of @LadyDuck yesterday saying that if my husband not upset in going to my parents house daily and this reminds me, maybe his upset. I felt guilty in abandoning my duties as a wife and responsibilities as a mother but I told him, it's my parents asking my help. I went outside our room, looking for him and he's in our porch drinking brewed coffee. I greeted him and kiss his cheeks and said, sorry for my shortcomings. He smiled and said, it's alright, I understand your situation. Thanks God, he understands me.

I don't have because all my siblings are not living here in our country. Anyway, my husband ask me one day not to go to my parents house, he asked me Sunday as my rest day and I think that is alright.
