Last monday i wasn't able to come to work because my wife needs to fix something with taxes in relate with her sister's business. Of course, i chose my two daughters rather than office. Yesterday when i came in, my boss approached me for one on one session. He shown me the accumulated attendance points i earned already. Then, he gave me some pieces of advice regarding my career. I know its hard for me to make decision like this but no doubt, i will not sacrifice my family just for the sake of my career. I loved them so much.
