Definitely healthy. I do not see any reason why is non-vegetarian considered as unhealthy. They are very tasty and healthy and is recommended by most of the nutritionist .

May be whether it is healthy or unhealthy also depends on tye of climate one is living in. In hot tropical country, i think it is not healthy but in cold countries it is healthy..It is my view and I fully respect your view also. You have every right to disagree

Let's see... Protein = Beans Vitamins and Minerals = Fruits and Vegetables have lots of those Carbs = There's always root crops and rice... Calcium = Isn't milk vegetarian? I mean, that's not cow's milk, isn't it? Yup, definitely healthy.

You do not automatically become unhealthy by eating non vegetarian food. I've seen plenty of examples of vegetarians who were in bad shape as in being very obese, having high blood pressure, etc. Why? Because they're the noobs that think being vegetarian is eating a salad, therefore they don't get any protein, they starve and they turn to junk to fill their hunger. Meat eaters who are fat and unhealthy are not that way because of meat, but because of the other stuff that they add to their plate. Most of the fit, muscular guys that I know of are not vegetarians at all. They practically live on steak and potato. The only thing they don't do is eat sweets or drink sugary drinks. They always have a perfect bill of health. So it's really not about the type of diet.
