Superhero power

Superheroes are really big nowadays, especially in movies, so the question has to be asked: If you could have any superhero power, what would it be and why? In fact, would you be a hero or a villian. If a villian, what would be your big villianous goal (like conquering the world or so)?

Full control over the Null force, which is the substance that makes gravity work. In doing so I can create force fields, I can alter gravity any number of ways, and basically control matter.
I would be a super villain because my goals are to change the world and make it a better place as I see it. That means a lot of people would not accept my goals, and they would have to be killed. Also, since I really wouldn't be able to be stopped by the superheroes, I would have to do some remodeling of the world, and of course, genocide would be a necessity.
In the future of that world I would be a hero to them, but of the present I would be horrible.

@essennyo None, since null force itself is based on my own theory that I came up with when I was studying the universe. It's actually a particle, rather than a force, but it sounds more superhero-ish called 'force'.
I would change civilization. I would change the environment and our ability to control it. And the world would become better neighbors by having more freedom of career to choose from.
The big thing is a global water system that basically eliminates minor flooding and droughts across the world. With it we could re-green the Sahara and other deserts, lower the oceans, and improve the world economies. At the same time it would allow businesses to stay in business and allow growth. (The water system is a real system I have been wanting to see implemented across the world for a number of years now. I created it, I'm just still trying to introduce it to people.)

Conquering the world, and controlling all the seven continents. I wouldn't even let a bird fly over without my knowledge

Omnipotence! I wanted to be so powerful that I can rule this world and people will worship me like the King that I am. People will bow down to me. Omnipotence is the ultimate power, not even Superman nor Goku can defeat me.With my omnipotence I can rule the multiverse and kill the versions of my enemies from different dimensions.
I am considering selling lemonade and cookies so I can have funds for my plans of world domination.
