What Did I Do Last Night?

What did I do last night? I woke up with every bone, joint and muscle hurting. That does happen from time to time but it always catches me off guard. I don't know why it happens. Maybe it has something to do with the dream I had about running away from zombies...lol. In my dream I did jump off of a tall building to get away from some. As many shows as I have watched about zombies, I have never dreamed about them until now. I am starting to loosen up now that I have taken my medication and had a cup of coffee. Days like this really make me feel my age. Do you ever have mornings when you wake up and you can hardly move?

It was a weird dream, especially since I wasn't scared when I woke up. I don't know why I wake up like that sometimes unless it is part of RA or fibromyalgia.

There has been time in my life where I couldn't move or walk ... I can say that I totally walked by faith into health and healing.

@simone10 As I said prayer and faith were my only hope, the doctors didn't give me any. I hung on to the word of God. Today I live a full life.

@sofssu I am so happy for you! I have said many prayers and still continue to hope but sometimes the answer is No and it is not for us to know the reason why.

Every once in a while I have a morning where I am a little stiff and can't get going as I am accustomed but thankfully they are rare, whew.

That's good! I don't have it often either but when I do, it really knocks me on my rear until my medications and coffee kick in.

@simone10 in that case you'd find beneficial to use the sleeping sounds such as white noise or binaural waves.

Sadly, most mornings I feel worse than when I went to bed. It takes a while to feel better.

The only time I remember having aching muscles upon waking up was the first time I went to yoga class lol. I had a dream about zombies once but in that dream I was well aware that it was just a dream. So i told myself that since it was a dream I could do anything I want. So I flew and stepped on the zombies heads lol!

For me, I didn't do anything that I can remember that would have caused it. As for your dream, I would have liked to have had a dream like that...lol.

I hate it when my bones and muscles ache. Than I go take a long bath in warm water to relax.

I would love to take a bath but I have trouble getting in and out of the tub so I just don't bother. I wish we had one of those walk in bath tubs.

I experienced it in the past; but am thankful had not felt that way when I wake up these days. I thing the fruit/vegetable smoothies I take really helped.
