I really hope it rains

We haven't had any significant rain in weeks, over a month. While the dry weather means we get outside often, the grass is brown and we have been under a fire ban since June. Every time the forecast calls for any rain, the amounts and possibility drops as it grows closer. Tonight they are calling for a 70% chance of only about one millimeter, but we will take it if we can get it. The next 2 weeks still show next to nothing. Farmers are in danger of losing their crops, and watering their animals is getting expensive. Let's hope we wake up to wet ground tomorrow.
