Ever have a really big household disaster? Perhaps your garbage disposal decided to backup. Maybe your basement decided to add some water, sludge, and other things into the mix. How about a garage door that decides not to open up. A big one is the toilet that overflows. And I don't mean overflowing with love. Another good one is the furnace that decides it is allergic to heat. Tell me which is your biggest household disaster.

oh! what a timely topic, just the other night, when me and my husband woke up in the early hour of the morning just to find out that the first floor of our house was flooded because of a stuck-up kitchen drainage, how could i find a plumber at 1 a.m. with no choice at all but to do it myself, clean, clean clean....

In my house, we have two floors. My dad and mom used to sleep at the second floor. One night, my mom watched TV at night, my dad was sleeping, and suddenly, water started to leak from the ceiling. It was a burst pipe from the second floor. Sink has two pipes under it that lead water from the wall into the tap. Those pipes tend to leak big time because of the pressure of the water. Once in a couple of years, it happens and it really sucks. It also happened when I worked at the nursing home 1.5 years ago. I was having a patrol at the -1 floor and found the whole hall with a wet floor. Some of the water even came to other rooms. Again, because of a leaking pipe under the sink of a barber shop in that floor.

Power cut added to not getting enough water..and sweet smell from the toilet for want of sufficient water. Is it not sufficient.??

When I was a child, the washing machine had a problem and started to burn. The electricity turned off immediately while I played a TV game. I went near the heater and then the neighbor came and told me she had seen some smoke from our house. She opened the porch door and the smoke got inside. I got scared and called my grandmother, another neighbor came and they put the fire out. The smoke spread in all of our house, making everything black and we had to clean it all day long. Another disaster was when we had renovations, one noob worker had to polish the ceramic tiles to fit the wall, so, he polished them inside out house, and the dust spread in all of our house. We had to clean all of the furniture and the floor. I shouted at the worker: 'look what you have done!, we have to clean all of the house'.
