Insensitive .

I would say that I'm the type of person who thinks about the situation of others. I mean, not at all time and not to all people. But I always keep in mind the question "what if it happens to me?". This always happen at work. And I really hate myself for not being able to tell my workmates, straight to their faces, to be sensitive and not to be selfish. Do I really need to do that? I mean, they can go out anytime and any day they want, but they just have to make sure that they are still able to go to work. But that's not how it works and it really pisses me off. Is it our fault that they lack of sleep, or whatever excuses, that they can't go to work? They also don't have the right to complain when they made it to work and feel so sleepy or what not. Duh! I can't elaborate further the details here (as much as I want to). They're so irresponsible and insensitive. I'm younger than them and I admit that I shouldn't be telling them this, but they should keep in their minds that they have to "grow" as time goes by.

You have responsibility of yours and you cannot change others. so better to avoid things and don't think about it over and over. It will make you anxious and won't do any good to you or any other person.

I understand, but I really can't help myself not to notice them as their actions directly affect me and the others. :(

I do ignore these people. I confront them right away if they tried to fabricate stories about me. It is not acceptable for me. It needs to stop of being such character.
