Rain water on the roads

Hi Mylot Friends, Every big rain is giving lot of trouble in our place, the rain water is staying the water and the drainage water and rainwater mixes and coming in the houses of down areas. It is difficult to stay in the houses in some colonies and difficult to cross the roads and walk on the roads with plenty of water. Every time this is happenning in our place the Govt authorities are not taking steps accordingly. If big rain is there I have to crosses 4 or 5 water ponds on the road to do daily chores.
