Hey guys!
My first post for today, the beginning of the week and I’m all charged up to get my bank up and running for payout time.
Its lunch time right now where I am and along with my target for Mylot I am also on a goal based kind of thing for my food. I exercise now more than ever and I eat healthy now.
My lunch for today is noodles, boiled veggies, boiled chicken, chili flakes and no oil. And trust me it looks delicious and it tastes just as delicious.
It is so easy to prepare and it definitely fills my tummy.
What are you having for lunch today?

Sounds like a good lunch! I'll be having cereal for breakfast after my threadmill walk. I'm not sure what I'll be having for lunch yet.

Yes I had a late lunch/early dinner. I had steak with green beans and garlic toast. My boyfriend had Maine lobster.
