Today I woke up earlier thanks to my son being up before 9am. I am grateful though because I have been meaning to wake up earlier so I have more time in the day to exercise and get other things done. I had oatmeal for breakfast and it was quite satisfying while on the lower side of calories. After breakfast I went ahead and got myself prepped for exercising. I did some of my T25 exercises and then about 22 minutes of Zumba which allowed me to burn 666 calories. I wish I had burned at least one more calorie because that number makes me feel so superstitious. I worked up a good sweat and decided that was all I would do work out wise because while I woke up earlier and my son went to bed earlier, I did not go to bed as early as I should have so I quickly became very tired. My lunch was the rest of the plantain lasagna, called pastelon, I made on Saturday. The portion was small enough for me to enjoy and not have to worry about eating too many calories. I washed that down with water. Dinner is supposed to be French toast with breakfast sausage patties and watermelon, but I don't care for French toast and I feel like the sausage alone probably contains too many calories. I will eat watermelon and hopefully I can find something better to eat for dinner though I am sure I probably won't. Maybe I will just eat some scrambled eggs. I'm open to suggestions. What have you been up to today? What time did you wake up? Did you sleep long enough to be fully energized?

Just started my day an hour ago. I'll spend my day here in the Firm doing a pile of paper works. I woke up at 4 am. I had a good sleep last night, enough to keep me productive for the rest of the day.
