What is the best free Android app for adding texts on a photo?

Good day to all Mylotters! How is life going on in your side of the world? As for me I am busy being online especially here at Mylot. At last, quiet I am having for writing. I will try to do some writing for my other sites as well while I am not disturb.
I am alone with my ill father at home. I didn´t go with the rest of the family who are now in Punta Diwata caves and beach resort enjoying the day before my sis flies back to Holland. Today is also the birthday of my 14 years old niece. She is a lucky girl. The visit to the beach resort is a treat for her birthday.
Anyway, I am writing this discussion because I need your help. I don´t have an app for adding text to my photos I have taken with my Android tablet. Any idea of a free app for putting texts on my photos?

I have started to use an Android tablet and there are several apps for adding text to your photos. Phonto is a simple, free app with a lot of options. Typic also has a simple free version and you can also try Stickr if who want to type on your images with minimal time and fuss.

hello angus! i used to use picmonkey, but just beginning to use pixlr. however, i email the pictures from my phone to myself then work on it on the desktop computer.

I don't know. I am using O+ android phone when I want to add photos. Then do the editing on m laptop. Your dog, Angus, is cute!
