The best way to lose weight and burn body fat is to sweat a lot and get enough calories to avoid weakness. I have lost 4 kgs in 3 days and my body fat percentage decreased from 18% to 7% .

What 4 kgs in 3 days??? what exercises did you do for that? but is'nt there there is a high possibility of gaining back the weight?

The only habits I have is checking the numbers in weighing scale, i try to exercise, balanced diet I need to. Oh I don't eat breakfast sometimes.

exercise is very helpful for the weight loss. even taking the walk does help.

sometimes weight loss doesn't need a lot of exercising. I do not exercise all that much. Maybe just 30 minutes or less in a day. I eat healthy and I walk a lot and I have lot a lot of weight. I don't skip breakfast though :)

Regular weight checking can be a turn off if they don't fine their weight is decreasing.

Has anyone tried yoga ? I was into a lot of yoga practice and got fruitful result as well. But as I could not make it a constant thing in life, I started gaining weight again. :(
