The calories you burn vs calories you take in: which is more

August 2, 2016 3:46am CST
We can keep a tab on the calories we burn vs calories we take in... this will help us check whether we are tending towards loosing weight or not. Now there are gadgets to tell us how many calories we have burned if we have walked for say 30 minutes. Ofcourse all cannot afford such things. Walking can be light or brisk. Brisk walk for 30 min can help us burn around 180 calories. Simple walking burns around 80 -100 calories for 30 minutes. So if we want to loose weight, we better check that out. Moderate exercise for 30 minutes can help us shred around 150 cals. There are websites that help us check the calorie intake and calories burned based on what you eat and what kind of exercise you did. One such website is livestrong.com You might want to check it!

I eat a lot of anti oxidants. Mainly papaya. I love it and it has helped me a lot in the last three weeks. I also walk and exercise a bit too.

Instead of continuously counting your calories it is better to start a healthier diet and to make more exercises. I achieved great results when I stopped eating much chocolate and sweets and drinking full fat milk. I also avoid beef and pork, and pizza, of course.
