Make money when you learning?

This is not a current program or page, this is only an idea that I had. Think about this, in real life you would pay tuition and other kind of things in order to learn in highschool or college. But that is not a problem, because there is plenty of courses for free in internet.
But what about this... get pay for learning. What about ads in your free lessons that can give you an income for learning. That will be a great way to motivate people to start reading and to learn.

Years ago in Russia my mom and her fellow students got paid for good grades like 14 dollars for a great grade. If it was like that where I live I'de get all A++ haha

Sweden pay students us$187 per month to attend highschool, that's why it occurs me that idea.

Awesome, that will be a great idea, but how can a third world country like mine finance such budgets for students want to learn and earn. I will be going to school everyday.

There are some sites that are like that and there are also some where you can others with homework and such and get paid for it. One is called student of fortune.
