Swagbucks Problems???

I spend a lot of time on Swagbucks and have been with them for years. Love the site -- one of my favorite go to sites.
But for several weeks, I have been having problems watching nCrave videos. I go through a long set only to get activity completed on the left hand side and an orange oops telling me that the activity was not completed correctly and I do not get credit. This mainly happens with the really long sets that pay three or four swagbucks.
Is anyone else having a problem like this? Can you suggest why I am having such a problem?

I rarely do them but do have some issues with an error and they don't complete. Kind of ticks me off, but I usually just turn them on when I get up to do housework or something.
