The trick to trick the life

Ever find yourself in a position or scenario where you're too tensed and worried about something ? Well , ask yourself if that particular thing is really significant enough that you would still be bothered by it lets say after 30 days or an year or so . If the answer is No , then congrats , you have now one less thing to be worried about . We often tend to worry about lots of little insignificant things which adds up and make us take up drastic decision. Avoid it.

I agree that I have experienced the same case as to find myself in a position or scenario where I am too tensed and worried about something that is related to my work. To be frank, I don't like this kind of feeling as it is too worrying and I find that it is not easy to have a good mood expecially when I have something unsettled in my mind. I can only feel relaxed when it is settled to my satisfaction.

Yes , I used to be like that but I use this formula. I think I'm considerably happier compared to how i was before . Frivolous attitude sometimes works wonders

well said.. When i think back...I worried for such unnecessary issues which will not even effect me after one week.. Thanks man...
