If You Become Rich, Will You Still be on Mylot?

All of us have an intrinsic desire to be wealthy. If someone says otherwise, he or she is lying. Because of a need to provide all that we need and want, we dream of becoming wealthy, not just for the sake of being called wealthy, but for our own family, community and our church for charity. I doubt if I will be here when I'm really wealthy. Probably, I'll have more important things to do than being here most of the time and start or respond to discussions. So, while I have still some time, I better hurry and do what I can because I might not be here for long. What about you?

I know some rich people here in mylot and they're still here. Not to earn money as some of the people are here, but they just want to have fun.

Agree. It feels good to be here. I would rather say leisure time!

I would probably still come on here some but not as much as I am now. If I was rich I would be traveling, doing everything on my bucket list, buy everything I want, & most of all make sure my parents are taken care of with everything they need & want.

I admire you for having a caring attitude toward your parents. I know that when you become rich, you will be a blessing to them. Are you working in a company?

Yes, there are and I know some of them. They are not only rich but they are also kind and fun to interact with.

If by some miracle I won a lottery and became wealthy, I would not be here or any other site. In fact, I be online far less time. Why? Because with the financial means, I would be too busy traveling and being active in the real world to have time for this.

Nah, rich people like to brag on social media. Well, my generation does. Have you ever seen the rich kids of instagram, for example?

@sabtraversa I have no interest in social media. If myLot counts as social media, I am only here to earn a few cents and pass the time.

We are opposite. If I were rich I'd spend full time here because I don't need $5 anymore. I am not here for the money I could earn more on other sites but this is a great place for me to unwind.

i think the goal is more to be financially stable/secure, not really to be superrich or wealthy. i know there are rich people here, but they are here more to interact. it gives me an insight into their world, their way of thinking, our similarities and differences.

Why would anyone chase make money online if they were remotely rich? such stuff is only meant for people who are financially struggling. besides getting rich from mylot is possible at the age of 80 :P If you want to be rich you have to work in better places where you get paid.

I would probably still be on myLot. I'm not here for the money but for the interactions, friendships and being able to meet new people. I don't want to be wealthy but just well off enough not to have to worry about things.

It's good to have goals. Yes, I would like to be wealthy, but because I do love to write, there's still a good chance I will be here. I would miss all my friends to much if I wasn't.

I wouldn't be here if I were rich in the first place because I wouldn't be searching the net for ways to earn money if I were. But I disagree with you in that not everyone wants to be wealthy. I know plenty of people who prioritize other things instead of just money. There are people who just want to afford being able to eat, buy decent clothes and a place to live but have other things that they want.

I think I will come here to meet my friends once in a while and to make new friends as well. Sometime may be when I would be looking for some help with knowledge or information.

This is an interesting post :) Well to be honest it depends whether one would like to be on myLot after becoming rich because I feel there can be many other reasons why people are spending there time here and those reasons can be to make some online friends, sharing thoughts, love for chit chatting, for guidance/suggestions, etc. etc.

That's WHY most of them are NO LONGER here as well. Some of them got rich or something that they just skipped this place and do something else that makes more money

I don't have to be rich to leave mylot if I want to. I am here for fun and of course the earning is just a small bonus.
