Hello everyone! It is a gorgeous morning here at the Jersey Shore with blue skies and the rising sun. It is only 66 degrees so the house feels more like fall than summer at this hour.
I just had my breakfast: half a small ham steak and 2 fried eggs. I was ready to give up on the low-carb thing after a week until I weighed myself and saw that I lost 6 pounds. Seems that I am going to stick with it for awhile longer. 
Today's plans include the gym and grocery shopping. Not sure what the day will hold after that. I really must enjoy these days of no big plans as this is my last month of them. Work is quickly creeping back up on me. 
What does everyone else have going on today?

Good morning!
I just finished my little dish of yogurt, granola and peach slices for my breakfast.
Its getting hot here already, about 74F here-and they are promising the temperature will rise to near triple digits again.
I have to work from 9-5 today, hope that you enjoy your day.

A good morning to you. Doing chores as usual made me busy today and finally done everything. There's no so many outdoor activities done today due to heavy rains in here all day. The weather is quite cold and perfect for my sleep tonight. I just had my dinner and do mylot in a while. Hope everything going well for your day. Enjoy the rest of the day.
