This is the biggest problem I see. My boy Mike Ness claims his goal was to make the radio. Their struggle was how they do that without selling their self down the river. When this music was played. It stood out like a sore thumb. As a kid they would play it once or twice and that was it. Probably more,but when you heard it, you were so excited. They now have robbed us of that to a degree. I just remember Aerosmith Motley Crue, Mettalica , Duran Duran, such main stream music. When you heard something on their level. When you heard something worthy. Then you hear this and it just makes you see the world differently in such a good way. You do not pause, you shut up and everyone shuts up because they know. Now, all of this is fleeting, but imagine. AC/DC, Eagles , Bon Jovi, Lynard Skynard, and then this. It was the contrast that made you appreciate everything.
