What Makes You Angry?

What Would You Say To This? I think that a person sometimes has a right to be angry about a certain situation that arises in their life. Yes, I believe that we have a RIGHT to be angry, but it doesn’t give us the right to be CRUEL. What do you think? What is the last thing that happened in your life that REALLY made you angry? And HOW did you deal with it?

If we cannot control our angry level we became cruel (not to predict what happened) One who trained to control his anger has control over his life.

Yes, a person needs to learn to control their anger. Sometimes, we need to "count to ten" before we respond to a situation. It can slow down our anger. I worded that wrong.

@shshiju I guess I worded that wrong. I meant that if we counted to ten, maybe we wouldn't respond in an angry manner.

Life in general makes me angry but it's a pointless anger to be shrugged off and get on with life.

There is no doubt that life itself can be frustrating. There are many things about which we can be angry.

Sometimes things not ending up as per my expectations makes me angry.

There is a saying that goes like this: "Expectation postponed is making the heart sick." Also: "There exists the one speaking thoughtlessly as with the stabs of a sword, but the tongue of the wise ones is a healing."

I'd have to say that I was angry earlier today when my aunt called and yelled at me for not calling more often to update her on my mom (her sister). I do my best to keep the family aware of her progress but geez I can't call every single day especially when there is little new to report. I wanted to say "give me a break" but I held my tongue

Sometimes relatives can be too demanding. I hope your mother is doing better by now.
