High temperatures hit my hometown

I haven't updated my mylot for over a month, these days, the extreme heat hit my hometown, the top temperature reached to 42?, it is the highest temperature in my area since i can remember. How hot it is! and there is no room can stay for me except the air-conditioned rooms, don't wish to dry your sweat even if you do not move at all.Fortunately this weather does not last long. What about you, if you confront this high temperature weather? Whether you have the better methods to fight agaist it?

Yes, that's the only thing we should do to stay in an airconditioned room and drink plenty of water if the the weather is so hot.
