Learning is not an Ending Process

What I have learnt is that learning is not an ending process because we are never too old to learn neither too young to teach. When we learn, we add value to ourselves. But some people see no reason to learn. Will such people grow?

The extent of learning is vast and there will always be people who will know more than me or any other individual. Learning is a continuous process. We can learn, if we want to, till the last day of our lives. No learning is trivial, every learning carries a significance :)
