Why I prefer Spinach in Punjabi Dhabas and Restaurants?

Recently I am impressed with the North Indian food. The food will be having many recipes and will be served hot along with Rotis (flat bread made of wheat). Their curries include Potato Curry, Spinalch, Butter, Paneer, Butter-Paneer Masala, Mixed vegetable curry, etc., Of all the above curries I like Spinach very much. It will be very tasty and good for health also. It has got low cholesterol, low fat. It is rich in Vitamin B6, Iron, calcium, vitamin A, and fiber. They prepare the rolls of spinach and they will be quite fluffy and can be mixed with the other gravy kept in it. When You come to India do not miss to order for it in any restaurant.
