Babies are natural stress-reliever

Whenever I see babies, i feel stress-free. Sometimes, a long and tiring day which ends up seeing a baby's smile is the best thing in my life. Have a good night everyone.

I absolutely adore babies. They are my stress buster. Today I attended a baby's rice ceremony, he was cheerful and smiley all throughout. :)

Last night the local show i watched showed children laughing so heartily . Just watching them laugh can make you laugh also and that is actually good for us .

Looking a baby smile does supply immediate stress relief. Especially the newborns. Whatever was stressing you forget about it for a moment because your become so curious. What are they smiling about? Are they dreaming? What could they be dreaming about? They just got here! Do they have memories already?? Maybe they're happy not to be cramped in the dark womb any more and they're able to stretch their limbs? What is going on in that little mind? If they smile AND give off a little laugh with, it blows your mind!

Hugging babies actually does relieve stress. Oxytocin (the cuddle hormone) is released. And oxytocin suppresses cortisol, a major stress hormone.

Unless it's your baby and they're cranky, lol. I love to see babies, too. Doesn't happen very often these days. I don't have grandkids, so normally I only see little ones if I'm visiting my sister. (She has a daycare in her home.)
