This is drug war! And our president Rody Duterte is not taking it lightly. In fact he names mayors, police officers and even judges in his latest attacks to drug personalities. And what these named people have in common. Denials! The named high profile personalities scrambling to go to PNP headquarters ton clear their names. All of them said they were shocked and they denied their involvement in drug mafia. But the President got the balls. He even tell to shoot them if they show any resistance to his order. 159 names. 159 people saying they are not involved in illegal drugs.

Let them tell that to the marines. The people in our province are expecting somebody on the list but, so far, he's not there yet.

@ilocosboy I hope because the President has the majority, if not overwhelming, support of the people.

All hell is about to break loose but I think the policy is better than allowing narco-politics to get a foot hold, if it does then we are really screwed

@ilocosboy I find this really interesting. Is the president a popular choice then? Do the people of your country feel he will be successful? Won't all those high profile personalities deny the charges? What happens then? It seems that if he is successful in cleaning up the country he will be the best hero ever, but if he has too much corruption to deal with, it may be too hard a job for him. I would love to know more about this.
