The photo of art above is done with not just an artistic hand but by the imaginative of an artist using the stamp pad. The artist who uses the stamp pad is from Baguio City and if I'm not mistaken, he draw the art and carve it in the stamp pad. The art is unique because it did not use of brush but the combination of the painting and the carving. This photo is done in stamp pad rubber and then stamp the paper to get that draw. This is just the replica because it is place in the paper and then paste in that area. Every artists have their own signature and this one is unique too.

That is such a fine piece of art. The art teacher at the school for which I taught reading had students make the stamps like that. I gave it a try for fun, but it sure takes a bit more talent than I had.

that one was printed in the paper but most of his art work is carved in a large stamp pad and then painted it, it was nice to see the art, I just don't know if it can be consider as painting or carving.
