Years ago I started writing reviews on places I stop at along my daily activities. Everyone complains about bad places but I started writing about good places.
Turns out that if a review was written on Trip Advisor, and the review is a good one, the employee that was mentioned might get some good rewards.
I have returned to some of the good places we visited in previous trips and some of the people I wrote about have received promotions and also received monetary rewards.
Today I have a lot of good reviews to write about the exceptional people I met in the last two weeks while my husband and I drove from Florida to New Jersey and back.

I bet you felt wonderful after that. It is good that we can spread good karma. Those wonderful people deserve to be rewarded.

Exactly @annierose. So many people complain about things and I believe that good people should be acknowledged in a positive way.

That's really nice, I didn't know about that. I should start writing reviews on Trip Advisor too. Met many nice employees during our trips and they certainly deserve recognition!
